And most importantly, you'll receive a free 3D preview before we begin making the figurine.

Q2: What photos should I provide?

A2: We recommend 3–8 clear photos taken from different angles. Photos with good lighting and a clear view of your pet's face and body work best.

Q3: Can you make pets other than dogs and cats?

A3: Absolutely. We can create figurines of rabbits, birds, hamsters, horses, reptiles, and many other beloved animals.

Q4: Can I preview the figurine before shipping?

A4: We will provide a confirmation draft of the pet's 3D image before the handmade process begins. All these services are FOR FREE.

Q5: How long does it take?

A5:Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks from order to delivery.
This includes around 2–3 weeks for handmade production and approximately 7–15 days for delivery, depending on your location.

Q6: How can I track the progress of my order?

A6: We will send you three notifications:

  1. A notification that the design has started or additional information is needed (within 1 week)
  2. A notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped (approx. 2-4 days).

Q7: Is every figurine handmade?

A7: Yes. Each figurine is individually sculpted and hand-painted by an artist.
Because of this, every piece is unique—and slight differences from the preview are part of the charm of handmade craftsmanship.
