Because every DoggyClone product is made specifically for you, your order goes through both a custom production process and a shipping process.

2. How Your Custom Order Works
From Your Photos to Your Finished Product
Your order goes through several steps before it arrives at your door.
01 — Place Your Order
Choose your product, select your customization options, and upload your photos and reference materials.
02 — We Create Your Design
For products that include a 3D preview, our artists will create your custom design based on your photos.
03 — You Review Your 3D Preview
You'll receive your 3D preview before production begins.
You can review the design and request one free revision.
04 — You Approve the Design
Once you're happy with the revised design, you approve the final version.
Production begins after design approval.
05 — We Handcraft Your Product
Our artists move your approved design into production.
Production time depends on the product you've ordered.
06 — We Ship Your Order
Once your product is completed, we'll carefully package it and ship it to you.
You'll receive tracking information when your order has shipped.
3. When Does Production Time Start?
When does my production time begin?
For products that require a 3D preview, production time begins after you approve the final design.
The time spent creating and reviewing your preview is separate from the production time.
For example:
Order placed → Design created → Preview sent → 1 free revision → Design approved → Production begins
This means your production estimate should not be calculated from the date you place your order.
4. 3D Preview & Revision
How long does it take to receive my 3D preview?
The preview creation time depends on the product and current order volume.
For the estimated timeline of your specific product, please refer to the product page.
Is the 3D preview included?
Yes, for products that advertise a Free 3D Preview.
You'll receive the preview before production begins.
How many revisions are included?
Each eligible product includes one free revision after you receive your 3D preview.
Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
Production begins only after you approve the final design.
5. Rush Production
Do you offer rush production?
Rush production may be available for selected products and orders.
If rush service is available for your product, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and the additional cost.
When does the Rush Production time start?
For products requiring a 3D preview:
Rush production time begins after you approve the final design.
The time required to create and review your 3D preview is not included in the rush production period.
For example:
Order placed → 3D Preview → 1 Free Revision → Design Approval → Rush Production Begins
How fast can my Rush Order be completed?
Rush production time depends on the product and our current production capacity.
If available, we'll confirm the estimated rush production time with you before you place your order.
Rush service does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless a specific date has been confirmed with you in writing.
6. Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your destination and the shipping method available for your order.
For our standard 3D products, shipping typically takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
Shipping time begins once your product has completed production and has been shipped.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your package.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We offer shipping to customers in many countries worldwide.
Available shipping destinations and shipping costs may vary depending on the product and destination.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also affect the final delivery time.
Why can my delivery take longer than the estimated time?
Delivery estimates are based on normal production and shipping conditions.
Delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Complex customizations
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Weather
- Holidays
- Other circumstances outside our control
If there is a significant delay, please contact us and we'll help check the status of your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please provide photos of:
- The shipping package
- The packaging
- The damaged product
After confirming the issue, we will remake and reship the damaged item at no additional cost.
What if my package is lost?
If your package is confirmed as lost during shipping, please contact us with your order and tracking information.
After confirming the issue, we will remake and reship your custom product at no additional cost.
What if the tracking says "Delivered" but I can't find my package?
Please first check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbors, or the carrier.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We'll help investigate the delivery with the carrier.
8. Address Changes
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
9. Holiday Orders
Will my order arrive before Christmas or another holiday?
Because our products are custom-made, we recommend ordering as early as possible for holidays and special occasions.
Please consider both production time and shipping time when planning your order.
During busy seasons, production may take longer than usual.
If you have a specific gift date, please contact us before ordering so we can check the current production schedule.
10. Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
We can sometimes accommodate specific deadlines, depending on the product, customization, and destination.

We'll check our current production capacity and let you know what options are available.
Important Notes About Custom Orders
Because every DoggyClone product is made specifically for you:
- Production does not begin until the design is approved for products with a 3D preview.
- One free revision is included after the 3D preview.
- Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
- Complex customizations may require additional production time.
- Production time and shipping time are separate.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date has been confirmed with you.
- Custom Plush production times are listed on the individual product page.
We recommend ordering early if your product is intended as a gift for a specific date.
