Please note that free shipping and import taxes are separate. Shipping charges cover the cost of delivering your order, but import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply depending on your destination and local regulations.

For eligible DoggyClone orders:
Free Worldwide Shipping
Free shipping covers the shipping charges associated with delivering your order to the destination provided at checkout.
It does not necessarily include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be charged by the destination country.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
When an order is shipped internationally, the destination country may apply import duties, customs fees, or other charges.
Whether these charges apply depends on factors such as:
- Your destination country
- Local customs regulations
- The value and type of the goods
- Applicable tax and duty thresholds
If such charges are assessed by the destination country, they are generally separate from the shipping charges paid to DoggyClone.
DoggyClone does not control customs decisions or the amount of any import duties or local charges assessed by the destination country.
Local Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to local taxes, including applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes.
The treatment of these taxes can vary by destination.
If applicable taxes are collected at checkout, they will be shown during the checkout process.

United States Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable taxes and any other charges will depend on the destination, order value, product type, and applicable U.S. rules.
If applicable taxes are collected at checkout, the amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Orders Shipped to Other Countries

Who Pays Import Duties or Local Charges?
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that are assessed by the destination country are not included in our free shipping offer and may be the customer's responsibility.
If your local customs authority requires payment before delivery, the carrier or customs authority may contact you directly.
Important: Free Shipping Does Not Mean Tax-Free
To avoid confusion:
Free Shipping = No shipping charge from DoggyClone for eligible orders.
Import Duties / Customs Fees / Local Taxes = Separate charges that may apply depending on your destination and local regulations.
Free shipping does not automatically mean that all customs duties or taxes are included.
What If I Refuse to Pay an Import Charge?
If applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are required for delivery and you choose not to pay them, the package may be delayed, returned, or otherwise handled according to the carrier's and customs authority's procedures.
If a package is returned to us because required charges were not paid, please contact us before any further shipment is arranged.
Additional shipping or handling costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
