How do I place a custom order?

For the best results, please provide clear, well-lit photos that show the details you'd like us to capture.
What kind of photos should I provide?
Clear, high-resolution photos work best.
Depending on the product, useful photos may show the face, body, clothing, hairstyle, colors, markings, and other distinctive features.
For custom pet products, we recommend providing several photos from different angles.
The more clearly we can see the details, the better we can capture the likeness.
How many photos do I need?

In general, 3–8 clear photos are helpful for custom 3D products.
When will I see my 3D preview?
For products that include a 3D preview, our artists will create your design after receiving your order and reference photos.
You'll receive the preview before production begins, so you can review the design before we start making your piece.
Can I request changes to my 3D preview?
Yes.
After receiving your 3D preview, you may request one free revision before production begins.
After the revision is completed, we'll send you the updated design for approval.
Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
Production will begin after you approve the final design.
What happens if I don't like the preview?

You can review your 3D preview and request one free revision before production begins.

Can I request special customization?
Yes.

7–15 days for shipping

How will my order be shipped?
Once your order is completed, we'll carefully package it and ship it to the address provided at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your custom product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and the damaged product.
After confirming the issue, we will remake and reship the damaged item at no additional cost.
What if my package is lost during shipping?
If your package is confirmed as lost during shipping, please contact us with your order and tracking information.
After confirming the issue, we will remake and reship your custom product at no additional cost.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address.
Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Because our products are made specifically for you, cancellation depends on the stage of your order.
If your order process has already started but handcrafting has not yet begun, we can refund 50% of the product payment.
Once handcrafting has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
2. 3D Figurines
What are your custom 3D figurines made of?
Our custom 3D figurines are made from resin.
Each figurine is 3D printed and then hand-finished and hand-painted by our artists.
Because each piece is individually finished by hand, small variations may occur and are part of its handmade character.
How accurate will my figurine look?
Our artists create your figurine based on the photos you provide.
We focus on distinctive details such as:
- Facial features
- Hair or fur
- Colors
- Markings
- Body proportions
- Clothing and accessories
Because each piece is individually created and hand-finished, it won't be an exact photographic reproduction.

Can I add a pet to my figurine?

3. Custom 3D Pet Portraits
Is the pet in the 3D Pet Portrait actually 3D?
Yes.
The pet is a real three-dimensional custom figurine, not a printed photo or flat image.
Your pet is created as a 3D piece and displayed inside the frame as a dimensional keepsake.
What is the difference between a Custom Pet Figurine and a Custom 3D Pet Portrait?
The easiest way to think about them is:
Custom Pet Figurine
A standalone 3D sculpture of your pet.
Custom 3D Pet Portrait
A 3D sculpture of your pet presented inside a display frame.
Figurine = sculpture.
3D Pet Portrait = framed art.
What is the frame made of?
The frame includes an MDF backing panel.
The backing panel is opaque, not transparent.
Is the display frame included?
Yes.
The display frame is included with the Custom 3D Pet Portrait.
The frame size depends on the option you select.
Can I display the 3D Pet Portrait on a desk or shelf?
Yes.
The frame is designed to support desktop and shelf display.
You can display your 3D Pet Portrait on a desk, shelf, bedside table, entryway, or other suitable surface.
What does the size mean?
The size refers to both the 3D pet figurine height and the overall display frame size.
